Let's Get Healthier

I used to eat only salad everyday, workout at least 3 times in a week. I had lose 5kg in half a year which already made me very happy but I gained 2kg straight after had one meal that prepared by my mother. I almost give up on my diet plan, I thought I might just being fat for the rest of my life. Luckily, it didn't happen to me. 

My friend introduced me one friend of his who he trusted that doing very well on helping people loseweight, and she is my coach, Stephany. I joined her and followed her diet plan. I successfully lost 14kg under her guide in 9months! During this journey I am not only got myself in a better body shape but also learnt lots about healthy diet and lots about how to be healthier !

我的故事

我曾经试过无数减肥的方式,最成功的一次是我每天只吃生菜沙拉,一个星期运动三次,半年内瘦了5公斤!

但这个幸福只维持不到一个月。当我想要好好慰劳自己,吃了一顿妈妈的晚餐(少量的饭配菜),我马上复胖了2公斤!我真的很想放弃了,告诉自己可能这一生就要这样胖下去了吧!

我很感恩,这事情没有发生在我身上。我的朋友把他认识的一位体重管理教练介绍了给我。她就是我的教练 Stephany,我跟着她的指导,配合教育,跟着脚步。我成功在9个月瘦下14公斤!除了瘦身,我还学习到什么是健康减重,学习到很多知识,学会如何保持身材,学会如何变得更健康!整个过程就是很轻松,很简单,而且身体都变得更健康,整个人都变得更有活力!
